The Team You Can Trust to Secure Your Legacy

S. Justin Ray

Managing Partner

S. Justin Ray is a Partner and Estate Planning Attorney at The Andersen Firm in Johnson City, Tennessee.

I find great joy in helping people make the most important decisions by assisting in planning for their future and their children’s future. Having spent years in financial services, I want to make sure every person has a plan to carry on their legacy while maintaining financial security for themselves and their children.

Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked in the financial services industry until the collapse in 2008. At that time I started a small business in Western North Carolina and the company is still thriving today. However, that was just the beginning of the goals I had set. I began my legal career as a trial attorney but throughout the years found my focus on estate planning, asset protection, and estate settlement.

With the Andersen Firm I am able to follow my passion to help people plan and get their affairs in order prior to going to sit on their cloud. I believe every person deserves to have an estate plan that is shaped by their own individual circumstances.  Whether they are high-net-worth individuals or individuals and families with a modest estate, each deserves the ultimate client experience.

Our practice takes a team-based approach to ensure clients get the best information and the best planning available. We engage financial advisors, insurance advisors, CPA’s, and other attorneys’ if needed for a clients’ individual plan. With this team-based approach, you have a team of professionals working to take care of your planning while you focus on you and your family. We work with clients all over the United States and some International clients, so no matter where you are, we are here to be a part of your team.
